Five Innovation Competencies—A must for company managers

ITRI College has integrated the tangible and intangible resources amassed by ITRI over the years into the Five Innovation Competencies, a program series designed to enhance the innovation capabilities of industrial personnel. Six Technology Domains—Advancing interdisciplinary integration

ITRI’s R&D of technology can be summed up into the following six major technology domains—information and communications, electronics and optoelectronics, advanced manufacturing and systems, materials and chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, as well as energy and the environment. ITRI carried out indepth investigation into the development of cutting edge technologies and the application of innovations in each domain and integrated the technologies of different domains. ITRI has organized its vast wealth of specialized knowledge in various technology domains into education and training materials. It also offers a number of technology programs each year to provide the human resource training needed by industry. ITRI College's technology programs boast an abundance of specialized technology garnered over the year by ITRI, a wide range of equipment and instruments, and practical experience from industry. Furthermore, it employs professionally designed curriculum and a variety of innovative pedagogical models, including Action Learning and Experiential Learning.
